Grace Shyu

Grace advises on private equity and growth capital matters, bringing experience across private banking, corporate strategy, and asset management. Prior to joining ECZ Management Partners, she spent two years at J.P. Morgan's Private Bank, where she advised family offices on multi-asset portfolios, private equity fund allocations, and structured products, supporting relationships with over $4 billion in combined AUM. She also led marketing efforts that contributed to roughly $60 million raised across two private equity funds.

Before J.P. Morgan, Grace worked in Corporate Strategy and Development at Morgan Stanley, supporting wealth management strategy and business development, and interned in BlackRock's Client Business group.

Grace holds an MBA at Columbia Business School, where she served as a Cluster Board Representative and VP of the Private Equity Club.
