Jeff advises emerging growth companies from inception through maturity on their most important financing decisions. He has significant experience representing both companies and investors in financings of every stage, size, and type. Representations range from negotiating multi-billion dollar leveraged buyout financings for Apollo, Brookfield, and Clearlake, to structuring growth equity investments for General Atlantic, to advising founders on their first outside, seed investment. He also has deep experience advising on corporate formation, governance, and other operational matters.
Before joining ECZM, Jeff practiced law in the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and the London office of Allen & Overy LLP.
